Positioning

Exercise care in positioning your artwork where you want it on the garment. Proper placement ensures the desired look for your printed item.

Heat Pressing

For the hot peel technique, use your heat press with moderate pressure at a temperature range of 315°F-325°F / 163°C. We've found this setting to give the best results. Apply heat for 6-7 seconds, then peel immediately. Repeat the heat application for another 6 seconds to ensure the paint fuses well onto the fabric, making it more durable and less glossy.

Accurate Positioning

Start by placing the transfer precisely where you want it on the garment. For the best outcome, consult our detailed DTF Transfer Size & Positioning Guide. This will help prevent any possible application mistakes.

Applying the Press

Utilize the press to apply medium pressure to the transfer. We suggest using the settings of 320°F / 160°C for 6-10 seconds for hot peel, and 15 seconds for cold peel.
