At Sharky Chic Transfers, we are committed to providing top-quality products and service. Due to the customized nature of our transfers, we’ve established the following return and refund guidelines to ensure clarity and fairness:


No Returns or Refunds on Shipped Orders
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. All products are custom-made to your specifications and are not eligible for resale.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect, please contact us immediately with a detailed description and clear photographic evidence of the issue.


Products in Transit
We cannot process refunds or returns for orders that are marked as “In Transit” by the shipping carrier. If your shipment is delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.


Return Shipping & Insurance
If your package arrives damaged and shipping insurance was purchased at checkout, please file a claim with the carrier, as they are responsible for damages incurred during transit.


Refund Procedure
If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
